Author Interview at FoxLeaf Books!
Charion Stacy Slocum, the owner of FoxLeaf Books, was kind enough to invite me to an author interview session today. We chatted about The Midwife, The Outcast, working around a toddler, and the first installment in a series that I just turned in on Friday.

Look how cute you are. I just never get tired of seeing that sweet baby belly. Oh yes, and the interview was fun too. 🙂

Thanks, Katherine! I didn’t even know I was petting my belly in the beginning; it just comes naturally, I guess. 😉

GREAT interview! Book #3 sounds SSOOOO cool. I love Montana; we went once and I was determined I’d hate this desolate region so far from the rolling hills of Tennessee. Instead I found majestic views so grand that I left a little chunk of my heart in hopes we’ll go back again someday. I can picture a little village nestled in those awesome mountain valleys and whew. What a book this’ll be!
I am so excited for how God is blessing you and your work. I heard this today: grace is the desire and the ability to do God’s will. Praise God for His grace in your life! Love you! 🙂

Just read your interview at Bookalicious Mama. I, too, have lost a babe to miscarriage. (2, actually and one stillborn) And like you, had a “feeling” about the gender of my two miscarried babies and named them accordingly. Never do forget those “due date”. I will keep you in prayer and your precious baby girl. Looking forward to reading your books.
Blessings,
Tina

Hello, dear Tina, I’m so sorry to read about your loss, but I think it’s beautiful how we can reach out to each other and alleviate our burdens through knowing we are not alone. Thank you for praying for my little baby girl. Eleven weeks to go and then I get to hold her in my arms! Blessings to you as well, Jolina

That was awesome. I can’t wait to dive into this one. I bet I’m gonna cry. Oh and your next one sounds really good too. Very different and exciting.
