‘Gott Ist Die Liebe’ By Grossmammi Lois Petersheim!
Hello, dear readers!
Happy belated Thanksgiving; I hope you all had a wonderful holiday.
I was in Wisconsin this past week, visiting my husband’s family, and I got to hear Grossmammi (Grandma) Lois Petersheim do a rendition of “Gott Ist Die Liebe.”
This song is very important to me because it’s included in my debut novel, The Outcast, which Library Journal just named one of the best Christian fiction books of 2013.
I am so thankful for Grandma Petersheim, who gave in to my cajoling and allowed me to video a moment that is absolutely priceless.
Hope you all have a great weekend surrounded by your loved ones.
Many blessings to you!

Precious! She has a beautiful voice. My grandmother used to sing the same song in German (AND she was an excellent scrabble player and did a crossword puzzle every morning). Thanks for sharing.

Ha! Too funny! Grandma Lois also loves to do crossword puzzles. I hope I am as full of life when I am 80!
