The Divide Launch Party & Giveaway!
Well, we’re here, friends! Less than three days until my fourth novel, The Divide, officially hits shelves! This novel–this entire series, actually–has stretched me creatively, emotionally, spiritually, and physically, and yet my main character, Leora Ebersole, experiences that same level of “stretching,” so it seems fitting the person who conjured her forth should experience the same.
In celebration of The Divide’s release, I will be hosting a launch party on June 13th at 7 p.m. CST on my Facebook event page. All participants will be entered to win a beautiful handcrafted sign from Church Street Designs, founded by my cousin Sarah Detweiler, and even those who don’t win will receive a free, downloadable sign. So come on by, y’all, we’re gonna have FUN! 😉

Also, I’m thrilled to have a guest post at Writer’s Digest, “10 Tips for (Re)Writing a Novel.”
Here is a snippet from that post:
I signed my first book contract when my firstborn daughter was twelve weeks old. Now she is five. I’ve published four books over the past five years, moved three times (twice across the country), and soon will give birth to my third daughter. In the hustle and bustle of daily life, I sometimes forget that I get paid to write novels from home. This is a dream come true! When those hard moments come (and they surely will), it’s essential to recall the work it took to reach your dreams and the memorable moments along the way.
Finally, we are currently shipping out autographed copies of The Alliance and The Divide (and when I mean “we,” I mean that I sign the copies and get the addresses together, and my husband ships ’em out — team work, eh?). These copies are on sale for $10 instead of $11.99, and that price includes shipping to the contiguous U.S. So get your books while supplies last! 😉 http://box5679.temp.domains/~jolinape/shop
Thank you, readers, for posting such wonderful reviews of The Divide! Reviews are so essential while launching a book into the competitive story world, and you all deliver…every time! I love ya for it!
Well, I reckon that’s enough shop talk for now. I’m currently sitting at the kitchen table in my pajamas while water heats on the stove to boil bottles. I’m going to take my two eldest girls into town today for a special library program while my husband stays home with our littlest. Pray it goes well! 😉
Blessings and love,
Jolina
