I know you’re all bustling around, buying last minute gifts and wrapping presents, but I thought I’d pop in a moment to share a gift with you!
The book trailer for How the Light Gets In is here, and it’s gorgeous!
What do you think? Aren’t those drone shots spectacular? The video team at Tyndale actually traveled up to the Wisconsin cranberry farm, which I used as the setting for How the Light Gets In, so many of the scenes match the ones in my mind.
Preparing for a book launch is a little like preparing for a wedding: sometimes you get so caught up in the to-list list that you forget about the main event.
However, watching the book trailer (ahem, more than once), the message behind Ruth’s story—the power of resilience and unconditional love—came flooding back, and I fell in love with this creative process all over again, which allows me to connect with so many wonderful people, like you.
